All orders are shipped from our premises in Cork, Ireland.
HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKES?
Your order should be delivered within 1-3 business days after receiving your order confirmation. However, during the holiday season, it can take from 1 to 3 days longer. Products ordered by 5 p.m. will be shipped the same day. We will make every effort to ensure that you receive your order as soon as possible!

WHAT ARE THE COSTS FOR DELIVERY WHEN SHOPPING ONLINE?
Orders up to 250g we are sending by standard An Post delivery service without a tracking number. We also offer 5,27 euro for tracked delivery and every order over 80 euro is free of charge(with tracking)!
CAN I CANCEL OR AMEND MY ORDER ?
We start processing your order quickly which means we can't make any changes once it's confirmed. This includes changing the delivery address or delivery option.
However after you receive your item you can contact us at info@thedigitalbox.info providing you order details (names, order number, date) to get premission for return. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a instructions on how and where to send your package. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
WHAT IF I NOT RECEIVE MY ORDER AFTER 5 DAYS?
Should you not receive your order after 5 working days of it being shipped please contact us at info@thedigitalbox.info and we will get this rectified.
